Seed beads challenge "My dream"

Dear All,
With a small delay and spring on it's way. It is time to announce the LT seed beads challenge "My Dream" works and define the winner.

This time, last challenge winner Ruta Butkeviciute has given the theme "My dream" and has asked to create the bracelet and earrings inspired by our own private dreams. It was quite a job, but I see that all of our participants were great and it is a great honor to me to introduce the following artists and their creations:

1. Judita Kasiuniene - Longing for the summer.
I was thinking about the summer, how I long for it to come, for the warm waters of the sea, hot sand and sunset that stretches a bridge into the waters.

More information about Judita and her works you can find by visiting her Facebook Page.

2. Dovile Vasiliauskaite
My dream is like a fairy tale. There is beauty, goodness and love in there. I always try to make my life into a small fairy tale, not to give in to anger and never give up, no matter how hard it is. And I am happy.

Dovile has given a short poem to her work (original text in Lithuanian):

Aš jūroje savo minčių nuskendau,
Kad perlų iš ten tau pririnkčiau baltų.
Kiautelį po kiauto nedrąsiai dariau,
Kad vėrinį puošnų suverčiau iš jų.
Į mišką minčių neramių keliavau,
Kad puokštę priskinčiau iš žodžių švelnių,
Apie svajones,apie meilę tik tau,
Žodelį po žodžio taip kruopščiai rinkau.
Priimki mane su keistom dovanom,
Nuo šiol noriu viską dalintis pusiau.
Duok ranką ir eikim kartu su dienom,
Dviem kelią į laimę surasti lengviau.
Kai tavo sieloj stūgaus sausio vėtros,
Aš pasiversiu spinduliais gegužio saulės.
Kai tavo širdį gąsdins šalčio šmėklos,
Aš pražydėsiu žibute melsva palaukės.
Jei tau pastotų kelią abejonės,
Aš,tapęs viesulu, nusviesiu jas į tolį,
Tik neapvilki mūsų sukurtos svajonės,
Mylėk mane ir niekad neišduoki.
Neprisiekineki amžinąją meile,
Ji ilga,o aš taip laikina.
Nežadėk man nukabinti saulę,
Aš opi, o ji tokia karšta.
Neįtikinėk,kad primenu tau deivę,
Aš gyva,o ji jau legenda.
Tu geriau padovanok man meilę,
Tą,kuri žmonėms nesvetima.
Tau širdį-raudoną rubiną, Pulsuojančią meilės audringu krauju,
Tau jausmą-saldžiausiąjį vyną, Kuris nesibaigs, kolei būsim kartu. Svajonę-lyg kelrodę žvaigždę- Įteiksiu šį vakarą tau dovanų,
Atverk man duris užrakintas Į savo pasaulį,ten tiek daug spalvų.

5. Art of shine - In Love with forest
I want, I want, I want... to rest from the city and wander in the forest. In winter I long for spring, summer and autumn to come. I long for warmth, green and nature to awake. Soft moss under my feet and rustle of the trees, birds singing and life itself...

8. Vitalija Velyviene - Chamomile morning
What can be better than chamomile meadow during the summer? when birds sing and bees are buzzing in the air, when the sky is clear and the sun is shining brightly - and you just lay on the ground and watch the sky and the clouds passing by.

9. Ramune Areskeviciene - Dance in the notion waves.
The head is spinning with the creative ideas, that always change, develop and grow. I go spinning with them as well and dance in the ocean of notions. I would love to catch and gather all the ideas into creations and maybe someday to put them into the book, but now I can only share a poem (text is in Lithuanian):

Adata, siūlai ir pirštai
Žaidžia minčių sūkury.
Naują dėlionę dėlioja,
Skęsta spalvų mirgesy.
Ieško, atranda, grupuoja -
Akys supranta mintis.
Siuva po akmenį mažą,
Audžia karolių vilnis.
Sugula mažos dalelės,
Žvelgia švelnus piešinys.
Viskas glaudžiai susijungia,
Gimsta dėlionė brangi

10. Edita Budziene - Fairy tale - not fairy tale

More information about Edita and her works you can find by visiting her  Facebook Page.

11. Asta Daugialiene - Sand tale
Poem in Lithuanian language describes the idea of my dream and work -

Smėlio pasakėlė
Mes vaikščiojam pakrantėj smėliu,
Smiltelės gelsvos… Kas jos iš tiesų?
Mes žinom, pasilieka jose pėdos,
Jos mindomos, pakrantėj jų gausu.
Paimk smiltelę tu į ranką,
Tokia mažutė, nieko neverta.
Bet jei paklius į akį, to pakanka:
Tava akis tikrai bus žeidžiama.
Ir mes tarsi bevertis smėlis,
Skalaujamas gyvenimo bangų;
Kaip tai smiltelei, jūron nugarmėjus,
Širdy be galo darosi baugu.(A.Toločkaitė)

12. Gitana Dirziene - Longing for the spring
